Our commitment is to put users first. We strive to be transparent about how we collect and use your information, to keep your information secure and to provide you meaningful choices. We do not sell, or share your personal information with third parties outside our processor Shopify. We respect your privacy.
Below outlines our online process/standards:
- Upload Covid-19 vaccination record(s) and/or confirmed vaccination appointment for verification. (Example: CDC Record Card, Official Vaccination Appointment Confirmation). Agree to terms and conditions at the time of submission.
- Our trained team will review documentation for authenticity within 1 business day.
- Validated submissions trigger shipping.
- Invalidated submissions trigger order cancellation and full refund. Our system will notify you.
- Customers may resubmit documentation after 1 business day.
Prior to order check out message:
'By uploading my vaccination record(s),I consent to a secure verification review by a trained iVaxed team member. Upon approval, my pin will be shipped to the mailing address I provide at checkout. I understand that invalidated submissions will trigger order cancellation and full refund. I also agree that my consent is a condition of purchase(s).'

When required by law. We may be required to disclose your Protected Health Information to law enforcement officers, courts or government agencies. For example, we may have to report abuse, neglect or certain physical injuries.
For public health activities. We may be required to report your health information to government agencies to prevent or control disease.

Using Personal Information
We use your personal Information to provide our services to you, which includes: offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfillment of your order, and keeping you up to date on new products, services, and offers.

- Temporary denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This denylist persists for a small number of hours.
- Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.
If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to access the Personal Information we hold about you, to port it to a new service, and to ask that your Personal Information be corrected, updated, or erased. Your Personal Information will be initially processed in Ireland and then will be transferred outside of Europe for storage and further processing, including to Canada and the United States. Text Marketing Terms and Conditions:
We are using a text messaging platform, which is subject to the following terms and conditions. By opting-in for our text marketing and notifications in, you agree to these terms and conditions.
By entering your phone number in the checkout and initializing a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. By subscribing to iVaxed text notifications, you agree to receive automated marketing text messages from us about our products and services at the phone number you provided when you subscribed, and that the messages may be sent via automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Message frequency is recurring. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to opt-out and HELP for customer support. You may receive an additional text message confirming your decision to opt-out. You understand and agree that attempting to opt-out by any means other than texting the opt-out commands above is not a reasonable means of opting out.
